Business Insider says Microsoft has an actual wishlist of Meta’s best engineers and researchers. And they’re pulling out all the stops to snatch them.
We’re talking multimillion-dollar offers plus mouth-watering on-hire bonuses.
And to make it sweeter, Microsoft has now made it a rule to match whatever Meta is paying.
So if Meta gives you $X million, Microsoft will match it and probably add small jara.
Moral of the story?
If you’re an AI guru right now, you’re basically the last cold drink on a scorching afternoon, and the whole street is ready to fight for you.
But, I digress.
